Refund & Return Policy

Eligible for full refund or replacement

  • Product arrived damaged, spilled, or with broken seal
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is significantly past its best-before date on arrival
  • Quantity short-delivered

How to raise a claim

WhatsApp us at our business number within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will either dispatch a replacement in the next delivery cycle or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Not eligible for return

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Products with opened/used packaging (unless defective)
  • Perishable items returned more than 48 hours after delivery

Razorpay payments

Refunds for online payments are processed through Razorpay and credit back to your original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking) within 5–7 business days from approval.

Cash on Delivery orders

For COD orders that qualify for a refund, we issue store credit or transfer the amount via UPI/bank transfer after verification.
